In my journey to pistol mastery, these are the latest 7 errors I’ve discovered and fixed. I’m always looking for ways to improve things, but some parts of shooting become so integrated that I stop thinking about them and then they may degrade or I may change something in my technique.
This 10-week training program to get back in shape after a long break comes from the mind and experience of coach Philippe Stiel, who is currently coaching Luxembourg’s pistol team and did the same for a long while with the Belgian national team (from where this training plan comes from). One of his shooters kept notes and was so kind as to share them with me. Philippe agreed immediately when I asked them if I could share them with you.

Looking to get back in shape after a long vacation break? This training program by Daniel Goberville will get you started and help you build your arm and technique again.
There are a lot of good pistol exercises being shared on social media and websites around the world, so I thought it would be good to have the best in the same page to make it easy to get some inspiration and do some of them. I will be updating this page as I come …
My favorite series of holding exercises for pistol shooting to increase strength, endurance and balance and to reduce wobble.
