Daring Trigger Training Plan

Daring to execute your trigger release the way it should be and forgetting about tens is a monumental issue for pistol shooters. To work on this, coach Philippe Stiel sent me this training plan for a moment where I was very hesitant and felt like my trigger finger was woodifying. Courage is needed, progress is not attained without audacity.

After a short break from training, Philippe Stiel gave me this plan to train at home and at the range geared towards improving:
* My hold within the 9 ring and my perception of it.
* The start of my trigger release.

Precision & Standard Air Pistol Training Plan

This is the last of my training plans with Santiago Gómez Salgado so far. He sent it after my qualification for the regional championships and keeps in mind that my focus is in precision 10m air pistol but that I was also participating in rapid fire events. Due to the coronavirus week of isolation I did not have a chance to work more on the previous training, but Daniel Goberville has learned that I actually enjoyed the dry fire and holds work in my guest room and decided to send me this programme divided into 3 sessions (I’m training 5 days a week, one of the days is dedicated to a competition).
