Dry Fire and Holds Pistol Training To Build Strength and Sensations

Due to the coronavirus week of isolation I did not have a chance to work more on the previous training, but Daniel Goberville has learned that I actually enjoyed the dry fire and holds work in my guest room and decided to send me this programme divided into 3 sessions (I'm training 5 days a week, one of the days is dedicated to a competition). Holds and dry fire to build up physical form and sensations.
