  1. I really like this new format of updates! It seems very condensed and high level, which is perfect for me to get the highlights.

    Do you know if the Hungarian Open will be streamed? It’d be cool to be able to watch it if so.

    Posting here, instead of Patreon, is also great in case you ever move away from Patreon. You’ll already have your content here in WordPress and you can unlock it however you want. I think this is a really smart decision.

    He thinks I write too much on my journal and that I should only write things that really stand out, what is essential and strikes me. To write as little as possible I have to rethink how I use my journal, because I may not even write every day (I’m not sure yet). What do you think?

    Good question. I’m not sure. I think it depends on what the purpose of the journal is for you. For example, writing has always been a good way for to clarify my thoughts. Personally, I don’t tend to go back and read notes. But, if you do plan on going back and reading entries, then it probably makes sense to keep them brief.

    1. Thanks a lot Eric. I also write to clarify and remember. I just have to figure out how to take out what should be extracted to be read and reread. What I’ve done so far is taking out the exercises of the pistol training programme which I refer to by using P1, P2 or P3 and the first time I use a new programme I write down the date in the document I receive from my coach.
