Heart variability training for better focus

It was not that good :)

The picture illustrating this post is not a real target. It is what happens when your electronic target resets its distance and no longer takes into account that you are shooting at five meters instead of 10. Now I know something I have to check every time I fire up the Inband target 🙂

SCATT weirdness: 2x the usual speed

This last week has been a bit weird. Monday I woke up with bad balance and hitting a lot of corners at home. Tuesday was better. Wednesday I shot a great training. And then from Thursday I’ve had something weird happening: my speed in the last second has doubled! I don’t know if it is myself or the sensor, but I’m working on figuring it out.
