20200116 Training & SCATT

Today I worked at home with some wrist lock and sight alignment drills plus a SCATT dry fire session to test some changes for better balance. The weirdness comes from the SCATT session. I sometimes get traces that are way off to the sides, and this session is full of them. Any ideas of what could be the cause? I’m using the USB version. The image is my journal entry for today, with a short program to work at home. These keys will help you understand (they come from the Target Shooting Journal):* WL: wrist lock* FS: front sight* BLH: bilateral holdsEnjoy your pistol time!

First time over 560 :)

Greetings from bed, my dear fellow shooters. I pulled a muscle in my back this weekend and been bed ridden since. Things are getting better and hope to be back to regular training in a couple days.

Journals July 6 to 10

Highlights here 🙂

A good 10m competition… in a range! :) (Journals and SCATT files July 6-10)

The short break did me good and I shot a good competition last Friday, with 554 at 60 shots and doing 87 shots to reach 800. The 800 points competition came from Pistolen Training (one of the online pistol competitions I participate in) and it was fun to do something a bit different.

SCATT & Journals June 23-July 1st

Almost two weeks of trainings including my first day at a range since the covid quarantine started… with coaches Daniel and Aurore Goberville! (Notes from that training coming soon).
