What do you struggle with the most?

Pleaee elaborate in the comments so that we can help each other out.

20200130 Training

I felt good physically. My arm is getting used to the load. It was great to do the full inner core  workout. After the SCATT training I run an experiment to help me understand the effect of F factor. Soon on olympicpistol.com !

20200212 training

Got a new home training from Daniel Goberville with some dry fire exercises 🙂 There’s one exercise I’m not sure about and have asked him about it. As soon as I get his answer I will publish a post detailing it.

20200130 SCATT training and F coefficient test

Attached you will find pics of the changes in groups and stats when changing the F factor in the SCATT settings. Try it yourself with the file and you can go shot by shot 🙂

Extra home training trigger programme

Here it is! I spoke with my coach a few minutes ago and I think I finally understood the third exercise 🙂

20200131 training

Today was a demanding physical day with my morning training at the pool. I’m learning how to improve my forward crawl / freestyle swimming and involving bigger muscles. I paid for it in the afternoon training at the range. My arm was tired and shaky. It happens. It will get better. Tomorrow is my day off 🙂 Is there anything I can give you a hand with?

20200210 training

Post competition home training. Back to the pool and doing some holds. Looking forward to increase the workload and to have my SCATT back 🙂

20200211 training

Training with a bit of experimenation spice to fight boredom and improve balance. The ideas come from some pics a physical trainer of an Olympic pistol shooter showed me at Intershoot. I did not get a modofied program from my coach yet, but he is in the French national AP championship with a lot of shooters under his wing. He’s understandably bussy 🙂

20200129 training

Good training today! Only 1 eight ! 🙂 Tight series even though I was super tired.Â
