Here it is! The list of good shots from a SCATT session according to Daniel, to adapt my evaluations and be a bit less perfectionist:

New pre competition training plans
The good life could not last ;P Here’s the update to the last training plans with a lot more demand to get ready for my coming up regional competition.
Counting as anchoring
Today I noticed how counting helps my mind stay anchored with my goal for the session. I’m counting what I consider to be good trigger releases and it is helping me be more focused in the task (it is too easy to be distracted by the want to score). Are there other tricks you use to keep your concentration on a goal?
UFO Identified! (plus 3 journals)
The target to target comparison of SCATT and the electronic target at my range has worked and SCATT confirmed there’s something wrong with my device. They will be sending a new sensor and also an older MX-02 to test that I can buy at a better price. No more Unidentified flyers! Now I know who to blame (not for my bad shots, only for the weird ones that don’t make any sense).
Shaky SCATT, some good shots
Today my arm was a bit shaky. Way too fast and many bad releases. Attached is the video of a good shot, even if the width of the yarn is a bit too much.
SCATT test comparison targets and file
Not my best day at the range. My mind was on the test and that is not good. At least I got the attached target to target comparison that can be helpful to see if there’s something wrong with my SCATT USB or with the software itself, but I think this is going to be just a matter of not trusting the landings of the shots on the tool and only look at the traces.
Competition preparation call
Today I spoke with Daniel about how to prepare this week before Sunday’s Regional AP competition. I will be getting a couple of training programs for the range and home SCATT.
SCATT corruption trouble
Images are of the best series of the day (it did not get lost!) and a good shot from the morning.
