Here’s the pilates based inner core programme that I got from Aurore Goberville. The second half is much more challenging 🙂 The more I do it the harder I feel my abs working on the planks. 

After last Sunday’s competition and today’s training I wonder if I am begininig to see a trend… 

Today has been a productive day 🙂 2 home trainings, plus video editing, 2 posts published, and got my replica back for some airsoft fun. 

oFirst oppo to shoot and train with Sandrine and Céline Goberville. Seeing them shoot RFP is impressive and beautiful. Mastery is always a good thing to witness, and super interesting. Delphine did a fine job too!

On Tuesday I’ll be in France training with Daniel and Aurore. Does Wednesday sound good for our monthly call? I can schedule it from 9h30am CET to noon or after 7pm CET. Let me know 🙂

I felt good physically. My arm is getting used to the load. It was great to do the full inner core  workout. After the SCATT training I run an experiment to help me understand the effect of F factor. Soon on olympicpistol.com ! 

Got a new home training from Daniel Goberville with some dry fire exercises 🙂 There’s one exercise I’m not sure about and have asked him about it. As soon as I get his answer I will publish a post detailing it. 

Attached you will find pics of the changes in groups and stats when changing the F factor in the SCATT settings. Try it yourself with the file and you can go shot by shot 🙂
