Thanks to all for your feedback. Weekly schedule is the clear favorite, so you can expect a bundled delivery. Because I usually have competitions on the weekend and to take advantage of the week we are all used to, it should come on Sundays or Mondays, as soon as I can get to a computer to write down amd download all the files.

Fatality
Yesterday’s performance at the regional championship was so awful that if left me knocked out, a bit like in the old street fighter arcade.

Longer shots
Shots have gotten a lot longer with the latest drills. Today I felt calmer and more balanced. I ended up cutting the session short because there were too many shenanigans coming out of my faulty SCATT sensor. The good news is that the new testing units are already in the mail 🙂
Counting as anchoring
Today I noticed how counting helps my mind stay anchored with my goal for the session. I’m counting what I consider to be good trigger releases and it is helping me be more focused in the task (it is too easy to be distracted by the want to score). Are there other tricks you use to keep your concentration on a goal?
New pre competition training plans
The good life could not last ;P Here’s the update to the last training plans with a lot more demand to get ready for my coming up regional competition.
My Good SCATT shots according to Daniel Goberville
