Some good stretches I did not know about

This document has some good stretching exercises I did not know and feel great (the neck stretch while holding the chair is great).

Timer for cycles

I’ve started using this Android timer so that I don’t count while shooting (coach was not happy about me counting). It is free and it works fine. If you use one for Apple please share it in the comments. Too bad I cannot export it to make it easier for everyone, but at least with the screenshot it should be easier for all of you.5 sets = 15 holds/shotsThe 5 seconds added to each time of the cycle is for raising and getting into the aiming zone. Adapt as you feel is right for you and remember that it does not matter to end a couple seconds up or down.

SCATT files of the week

Enjoy this shorter ration of better SCATT files than last week 🙂

Improving hold and focus

Things are definitely getting better. My hold is improving and so is my focus on the exercises 🙂

How is this working out for you?

What are you getting out of the exclusive content I’m sharing? How is it impacting your performance and training? Why do you support Olympic Pistol and myself?…To help with the recruiting of more shooters I need your help to add some testimonials and help them understand better why it is worth it to join. These questions are just a guide to help you help me 🙂 You can write what you feel. Can you please reply with some testimonials and tell me how you want to be quoted (name, anonimous, link…)Thanks !

Better SCATT shots

Some better shots, nothing really amazing, but I can see the improvement creeping in 🙂 All trainings up to yesterday.

Still wobbly, but getting better

These last days have shown a bit of improvement in hold speed and size. I’m glad I’ve done the post-vacation training and that now I have a more intense programme.

New training to ramp up the work!

Here’s the new training from Daniel Goberville to ramp-up the work after the first two weeks of pistol shooting post-vacation. A bit more intense! 🙂

You only have a couple days…

… to join the first Olympic Pistol Mastermind call.
